Shared care software for NDIS participants, families and professionals

One place for your care team to work together.

Bring tasks, support information, documents and updates into one private workspace, so the people involved know what’s happening and what to do next.

You or someone you authorise decides who joins your care team.

Each care team has a workspace around one person. Here’s what you can keep together.

01

Know who is doing what

Give shared tasks a responsible person and a needed-by date. See the response, progress and anything still waiting.

03

Keep the team informed

Share an update or discuss a task in the same place as the work, so permitted team members can follow what has changed.

Start with one thing your team needs to do.

You don’t need to organise everything before getting started.

  1. 01

    Create an account

Set up your profile, then create a care team or join one through an invitation.

  2. 02

    Add something useful

Start with a current task, an important document or information your team needs.

  3. 03

    Bring someone in

Invite the person who can help and ask them to contribute.

You can also explore your account before creating or joining a care team.

You choose who joins.

Each care team has a Team leader: the person trusted to manage invitations and access. This can be you or someone you authorise. What each person can see and change depends on their role and permissions.
